41-year-old man dies hours after being shot at his Fulton home

FULTON, NY —Â The 41-year-old victim, identified as Aaron A. Smith from 610 Rochester Street has succumbed to his injury.
The investigation is continuing.
The city of Fulton Police Department, along with the New York State Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at 610 Rochester Street in the city of Fulton.
At 1:11 a.m., Officers were dispatched to the residence for a reported shooting. They discovered a 41-year-old male with a gun shot wound and a 41-year-old male with multiple gun shot wounds. Both were transported to Upstate University Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing and the shooting appears to be a targeted incident and no danger to the community.
