75-year-old man charged with patronizing a prostitute at motel in Pamelia, troopers say

PAMELIAWalter H. Vantassel, 75, of 25497 State Route 37, Watertown, was charged by state police with two counts of third-degree patronizing a prostitute, a class “A” misdemeanor.

Mr. Vantassel is charged with engaging in sexual conduct with two female victims in exchange for money on several occasions in June 2019 at the Hotis Motel located in the town of Pamelia, Jefferson County, troopers said.

Mr. Vantassel was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Pamelia court on September 26, 2019 at 7:00 P.M.
