BLACK RIVER, NY — A second vehicle “ramped” the Fort Drum concrete barriers on State Route 971V at approximately 12:10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019.
No injuries were reported.
Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies investigated the incident.
