She is the daughter of Kathleen and James Farney of Lowville.
Her maternal grandparents are Diane(Jim) Radley of Cape Vincent and Tim (Patti) Finnegan of Watertown. Her parental grandparents are Rhonda (Doug) LaMont of Watson and Wayne (Penny) Farney of Glenfield.
Evelyn was welcomed home by her big brother, Lucas.
