Black River woman accused of puncturing vehicle tire during domestic incident

WATERTOWN, NY —  Takaria L. Jackson, 32, of 120 Stone Dr., Apt. 104, Black Ricer, was charged by Watertown police at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at her residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Ms. Jackson is accused of puncturing a vehicle tire belonging to Nicholas Delcampo, 32, during a domestic incident at about 4:04 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Watertown Spring and Alignment, 445 Coffeen St., according to court documents.

She was held for video arraignment at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
