NYSP: Brasher Falls teen arrested for a threatened act of school violence

BRASHER FALLS, NY — On June 6, 2018, at approximately 1:30 p.m., State Police responded to the St. Lawrence Central High School for a report of threatened violence at the school.

Following an investigation, Makaylah M. Robinson, 17, of Brasher Falls, was arrested after she was witnessed yelling threats in the hallways that she would “shoot up the school and burn it down,” troopers said.  Robinson was ordered by school officials to leave school grounds, which she did.

Robinson was charged with one count of Making a Terroristic Threat, a class D felony, and arraigned in the Town of Massena Court.  She was released under the supervision of the St. Lawrence County Probation Department.  Robinson is to return to the Town of Lawrence Court on Tuesday June 20, 2018 at 6:00 PM.
