WATERTOWN, NY — Robert D. Rose, 42, of 950 Rutland Road, Brooklyn, was charged by Watertown police at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, at 552 State St. with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Rose is accused of urinating in the parking lot of the Asian Market, 552 State St., in direct view of multiple people including Guilfoyle personnel, police said.
He is summoned to appear Dec. 5 in City Court.
