WATERTOWN, NY — Nathan D. Gilligan, 30, of 355 S. Esseltyne St., upper apt., Cape Vincent, was charged by Watertown police at 5:57 p.m. April 30 at 1336 Washington St. with petit larceny.
Mr. Gilligan is accused of stealing an Oral-B Pro electric toothbrush valued at $79.99 when he concealed the item under his jacket and exited the store without attempting to pay at about 9:30 a.m. Sunday, April 26, at Kinney Drugs, 1304 Washington St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear July 29 in City Court.
