WATERTOWN, NY —Â Nathan D. Gilligan, 30, of 31451 Burnt Rock Road, Cape Vincent, was charged by Watertown police at 9:11 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., with trespass.
Mr. Gilligan is accused of remaining on the premises of Samaritan Medical Center after being told to leave on multiple occasions at about 9:05 p.m. Thursday, police said.
He is summoned to appear March 24 in City Court.
