CARTHAGE, NY —Â Carthage Free Library, 412 Budd Street, will officially open their new parking lot with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
Contributors to the project will be recognized and refreshments will be served. The public is invited to attend.
