CARTHAGE, NY — Eric J. Woods, 37, Carthage, NY, was charged Dec. 13 by state police in Carthage with first Rape 1st degree, a class “B” felony, second-degree criminal sex act, a class “D” felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Woods is charged with having sexual contact with a female, under the age of 17, for the last six years, troopers said.
He was arraigned in the village of Carthage Court and was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $10,000 cash bail/ $20,000 bond.
