WATERTOWN, NY — Kayleigh I. Arnold, 26, of 937 Emjay Way, Carthage, was charged by Watertown police at 11:33 a.m. Thursday, May 10, at Stewart’s Shop, 508 Mill St., with petit larceny. She is accused of stealing one Rice Krispy Treat from the store at about 11:17 a.m. Thursday, police said. She is summoned to appear May 24 in City Court.
