WATERTOWN, NY —Â Roxanne E. Larrabee, 40, of 34930 State Route 126, Carthage, was charged by Watertown police at 3:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree criminal contempt and petit larceny.
She is accused of violating the terms of a County Court order of protection when she stole a high school diploma, birth certificate and Social Security card belonging to Joshua Quintana at about 10:08 a.m. Dec. 25, 2019, at 497 Newell St., Apt. 109, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Feb. 7 in City Court.
