Carthage woman charged with burglary, petit larceny at residence

CARTHAGE, NY —  Angela M. Mono, 43, of 514 1/2 S. James St., Carthage, was charged by Carthage police at 2:55 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, with second-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Ms. Mono is accused of entering the residence of Samantha DeLong and stole unspecified property belonging to Ms. DeLong at about 6:20 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 589 S. James St., according to court documents.

She was arraigned by video before Adams Town Justice Crystal Smith who ordered her held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building without bail.
