Celebration of Life: Ronnie Gaines

CARTHAGE, NY —  The family of Ronnie “The Mayor” Gaines would like to announce there will be a Celebration of Life 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, at the Carthage Elks Lodge # 1762, 511 Fulton St. in Carthage. Ron died on Nov. 14, 2020.
