WATERTOWN, NY — The City of Watertown is starting the Central Street CDBG Sidewalk Replacement project, designed to bring updated and safe connectivity for the public sidewalks up to current City Code standards. Over the next 30-60 days the city has hired a private contractor who will be working on the 100-300 blocks of Central St.
Construction will temporarily close down portions of a lane or a block intermittently throughout the duration of the project. Exercise caution when traveling along Central Street.
