WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â The City of Watertown is undertaking preventative maintenance on the historic City Clock which resides atop the First Baptist Church on Public Square.
After years of continual service, the electric motors which drive the clock have been removed and sent out for maintenance.
It is anticipated that the clock will be out of service for 6-8 weeks while the motors are serviced.
