WATERTOWN, NY — Christian J. Eppolito, 29, of 542 Theresa St., Clayton, was charged by Watertown police at 9:40 a.m. Sunday, June 23, at 825 Coffeen St. with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Mr. Eppolito is accused of damaging an ATM beyond repair with an approximate value of $1,995 belonging to Bruce Bigelow at about 5:17 a.m. June 10 at 1 Public Square, according to court documents.
He was arraigned in town of Watertown of Court, police said.
