BROWNVILLE, NY — Clifton K. “Skip” Couse, 91, Brownville, passed away Monday evening, March 15, 2021, at his home with his family at his bedside and under the direction of Hospice of Jefferson County.
Mr. Couse is a retired welding teacher at Jefferson-Lewis BOCES.
