WATEROTWN, NY — Constance “Connie” Stevens, 74, formerly of Meadowview Lane in Central Square, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019 at the Hospice House of Jefferson County surrounded by her loving family.
Born Feb. 8, 1944, in Watertown, NY, a daughter of the late Charles and Marion Sibley LaForty, she graduated in 1962 from General Brown High School.
She went on to marry Jerome Stevens and the couple resided in the Syracuse area. Mr. Stevens died on Aug. 23, 2011.
She is survived by her brother, Chris (Diane) LaForty of Brownville and a sister, Carol Pacella of Loveland, Colorado.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles and Carl LaForty.
No calling hours will be held.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
