LOWVILLE, NY — Jason E. Kloster, 39, Copenhagen, was charged by Lowville police at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, May 6, with second-degree criminal trespass and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
“This arrest stems from an incident that took place on May 4 at 7723 N. State Street in Lowville where it was reported to police that Kloster had unlawfully entered a dwelling while two children under the age 17 were inside,” police wrote.
He is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
