WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Ryan J. Godlewski, 28, of 31523 County Route 69, Copenhagen, was charged by Watertown police at 7:03 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, at Home Depot, 391 College Heights, with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.
He is accused of attempting to exit the store without paying for $1,598.40 worth of merchandise at about 6:50 p.m. Oct. 14, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 29 in City Court.
