Cuomo: New York has the second lowest COVID-19 positivity rate in the nation

ALBANY, NY —  Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that, per Johns Hopkins University’s Coronavirus Resource Center, New York State has the second-lowest COVID-19 positivity rate of any state in the country. Full rankings are below.
