EVANS MILLS, NY — Samantha V. Ojeda, 33, of 26727 Shepard St., Evans Mills, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 2:02 a.m. Sunday, May 19, on N. Martin Road in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated, speeding 95 mph in a 55 mph zone on US Route 11, speeding 75 mph in a 55-mph zone on N. Martin Road, unsafe lane change, crossing road hazard markings and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Deputies did not provide her BAC.
She is summoned to appear June 10 in LeRay Town Court.
