WATERTOWN, NY —Â Marcus M. Woodard, 20, of 19226 US Route 11, Budget Inn Room 17, town of Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, with second-degree assault, a felony.
Mr. Woodard is accused of striking Heather Harris with his hand in her mouth causing her “bridge” teeth to break at about 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear in Town of Watertown Court at a later date.
