WATERTOWN, NY — Jimmie A Perry, 26, of 1225 Faichney Dr., Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 1:55 a.m. Sunday, March 31, at 105 Court St. in Watertown with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear April 18 in City Court.
