WATERTOWN, NY — Derick A. Jordan, 23, of 820 Leon Ave., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:22 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, at 12 Public Square with disorderly conduct.
Police said Mr. Jordan yelled profanities and caused unreasonable noise while ignoring several requests by officers to quiet down and get out of the street.
