FORT DRUM, NY — Trey Eric J. Messina, 28, of 8758 N. Main St., Evans Mills, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 12:41 a.m. Friday, July 20, at Iraqi Freedom gate and Interstate 781 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of fireworks.
He is accused of possessing a marijuana concentrate in a vape pen and 24 “Speed Balls” fireworks, deputies said.
He is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.
