WATERTOWN, NY — Kevin L. Smith, 21, of 26690 Boyer Circle, Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 2:35 a.m. Saturday, May 25, at Samaritan Medical Center with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, imprudent speed, unsafe lane change, failure to keep right and refusal to take a breath test to determine his blood alcohol content.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear June 19 in City Court.
