Evans Mills woman arrested in connection with alleged theft at liquor store

WATERTOWN, NY —  Raylah S. Williams, 21, of 26338 Golden Dr., Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 8:44 Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 1708 Ohio St. with petit larceny.

She is accused of “acting in concert with two other individuals when she distracted the clerk while the other two individuals concealed and exited Ronson’s Gold Star Liquor, 341 Arsenal St., while failing to attempt to pay,” at about 8:20 p.m. Sept. 23, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear Dec. 4 in City Court.
