Fort Drum man accused of displaying imitation pistol during argument at Watertown tavern

WATERTOWN, NY —  Dondrell M. Aker, 29, of 10839 Utah St., Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 3:48 a.m. Monday, Sept. 2, on Fort Drum with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing.

Mr. Aker is accused of possessing and displaying an imitation pistol during argument with a 28-year-old Watertown woman at about 1:20 a.m. Monday, Sept. 2, at Hitchin’ Post tavern, 404 Court St., according to court documents.

He was held for arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
