WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Andre T. Anderson, 21, of 1314 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 313B, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:09 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at 100 Public Square with second-degree harassment.
Mr. Anderson is accused of pushing Patrolwoman Alexandra M. Durham with his right forearm while she was investigating a disturbance at about 1:03 a.m. Friday, according to court documents.
He was released to military custody summoned to appear Nov. 27 in City Court.
