WATERTOWN, NY —Â Edward J. Turner, 19, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:21 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, at Shakers bar, 536 Arsenal St. with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
He is accused of engaging in a physical fight with another male in the bar’s parking lot, according to court documents. Police also said he pulled away from officers and refused to provide his hands for handcuffing after being advised he was under arrest.
He is summoned to appear Feb. 12 in City Court.
