WATERTOWN, NY —Â Brian M. Shockley, 22, of 10234 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 250, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 12:05 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at 81 Public Square with disorderly conduct.
Police said he had to be held back and pulled away from Whistler’s Tavern where he was attempting to fight with bar staff who had banned him from entering at about 12:04 a.m. Sunday, police said.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Dec. 11 in City Court.
