WATERTOWN, NY — John A. Miles, 24, of 10322 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 224, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, June 1, at Whistler’s Tavern, 109 Public Square, with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Miles is accused of engaging in a fight on the sidewalk in front of the tavern, police said. “The defendant did this when he began shoving another individual in the middle of a crowd of subjects who were watching the incident,” according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear June 14 in City Court.
