WATERTOWN, NY — David K. Dixon, 29, of 10642 Fifth Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 2260B, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:37 a.m. Friday, Aug. 17, in the 200 block of State Street with driving while intoxicated and following too close.
His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Mr. Dixon is summoned to appear Aug. 29 in City Court.
