FORT DRUM, NY — William S. Anderson III, 21, of 780 Oswego Ave., Apt. 210B, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 11:26 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, in the 500 block of Newell Street with disorderly conduct.
Police said he ignored multiple requests to leave the area of the 500 block of Newell Street at about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Dec. 12 in City Court.
