WATERTOWN, NY — Tyniqua S. Henderson, 26, of 10425 5th Armored Dr., Fort Drum, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 4:47 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at Route 126 and Weaver Road in the town of Watertown with driving while intoxicated, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.
Deputies said the arrest occurred after her vehicle was observed stopped on the shoulder of the roadway. She allegedly struck a deputy several times and pulled her body and arms away during the arrest, according to court documents.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is ordered to appear Aug. 23 in town of Watertown Court.
