Geoffrey passed away Thursday, May 20. He was 44 years old.
Born June 1, 1976, in Watertown, a son to George and Ruth (Patenaude) Eliopoulos, he was educated locally and graduated with the Watertown High School Class of 1994. Following graduation, he attended Corning Community College, Jefferson Community College, and SUNY Potsdam where he would later graduate.

He was a great cook, a social butterfly, an outdoor enthusiast, and a beloved member of the Watertown community.
Eli belonged to the North Country Lacrosse League and helped organize the yearly Showdown Lax Fest.
Hs is survived by his children, Stella and Marco; his mother and stepfather, Ruth and Thomas Soules of Watertown; his siblings, Andrew Eliopoulos and wife Lana Mauro of Toronto, Stephanie and Shane Allen of Watertown, Stacey Doroha and fiancée Charles Kimball of Watertown; his girlfriend, Sara Mcallister of Theresa; his grandfather, Gerald Patenaude; and his stepsiblings, Jennifer (Michael) Pasini of Pennsylvania, Jeffrey Soules of Clayton. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his father, George.
