WATERTOWN, NY —  Hector M. Torres, 68, Watertown, NY, passed away on December 24, 2022 at the Jefferson County Hospice Residence.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 9. 2023, in Brookside Cemetery.
