BELLEVILLE, NY — The graveside service for LTC James F. Horan, Jr., US Army Ret., will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 16, in Evergreen Cemetery, town of Henderson. James passed away Jan. 22, 2020, at the Samaritan Medical Center. He was 77 years old.
