WATERTOWN, NY — A graveside service with military honors for Richard E. Jackson will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2020, in North Watertown Cemetery, Bradley Street, Watertown.
Richard passed away Jan. 24, 2020, at the Samaritan Keep Home where he was a resident. He was 74 years old.
