HARRISVILLE, NY —Â Anna J. Manchester, 18, Harrisville, was charged Friday, July 26, by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
She is accused of violating the terms of an order of protection when she threw eggs at residence on Maple Street in Harrisville at about 3:30 a.m. July 24, deputies said.
She is summoned to appear in Diana Town Court at a later date.
