WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  The state Department of Health listed the following food service violations and fines paid in documents obtained by Newzjunky.com.

paid a total of $750 in fines.

· $250 –  At the time of inspection the fire alarm was not being operated properly

· $100 –  At the time of inspection a smoke barrier door was not functioning properly

· $100 –  At the time of inspection fire extinguisher inspections were observed to be outdated. This violation was previously cited during an inspection conducted in 2021

· $300 –  At the time of inspection a quantity of cooked chicken wings was discovered in the process of cooling by an inadequate method (sealed in bags). This violation was previously cited during an inspection conducted in 2021
