BLACK RIVER, NY — Danielle M. Garcia, 31, Black River, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 12:05 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at 120 Stone Dr., Apt. 305, with endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and three counts of second-degree harassment.
She is accused of damaging a screen on a window belonging to Travis White at about 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 120 Stone Dr., Apt. 303, deputies said.
She was also allegedly too intoxicated to care for an 8-year-old child and kicked two deputies and a state trooper while being escorted to a patrol vehicle, according to court documents.
Ms. Garcia is summoned to appear in Rutland Town Court at a later date.
