MASSENA, NY — The family of Jacqueline “Jackie” Mitchell are saddened to report her untimely passing on Saturday May 21, 2022, at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
The arrangements are incomplete at this time and are under the care and direction of the Phillips Memorial Home, in Massena.
