WATERTOWN, NY — James D. Trimm passed away peacefully on April 13, 2019 from complications following heart surgery.
Born April 5, 1960, in Watertown, NY at Mercy Hospital. James graduated from Watertown High School in 1978 and attended Jefferson Community College. James worked at Key Bank in Watertown, NY until 1987 when he left to begin a new career in Washington, DC.
James began his federal career on Sept. 5, 2006, as the liaison for Teleworkers at the service desk at the United States Patent Office. James supported Service Desk Operations, specializing in incident management, advanced problem resolution and operation readiness review activities, at the time of his passing.
James was predeceased by his parents William A Trimm, Jr and Adaleen (Cozzie) Trimm and great niece, Peyton E. Dunn. James is survived by his partner of 16 years, Lois Rossi; his two brothers, Jeffrey G. Trimm, of Clay, NY and Scott C. Trimm, of Watertown, NY. James had 3 nieces and 1 nephew and a great niece. James also had a strong relationship with all of his cousins and also Helen Guardiano Trimm, his step-mother. James loved everything life had to offer, and was grateful for each day.
