WATERTOWN, NY — John M. Willaman, 63, of Watertown, passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Fred G. Garry officiating.
