Jordan E. Jerome, 30, Adams

ADAMS, NY —  Jordan E. Jerome, Adams, passed away Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022, at the Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown. He was 30 years old.

Calling hours will be held 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, at the Carpenter-Stoodley Funeral Home, Belleville. A mask and social distancing will be required. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in the Union Cemetery, Adams Center.

Jordan was born on June 16, 1991, the son to Dennis and Korena Edgar Jerome. He was a 2010 graduate from South Jefferson Central School where he was a standout athlete with a fan base of his own, but more importantly he was friends with everyone.

He married the love of his life Rachel Paige in Henderson, NY, on Sept. 13, 2014, soon after they built their perfect family with three beautiful girls, Adlee, Roree, and Maevee.

Jordan and Rachel own and operate Classic Tattoo Company in Watertown, as well as Classic 13 Customs in Adams, NY. Prior to owning their own business, Jordan was a Correctional Officer for the State of New York, where he put in four years and created another lifetime brotherhood with many! He took pride in his artwork whether it be a tattoo, a drawing, or a woodworking project.

When Jordan wasn’t working, he took the term “head of the family” to a new level.  His family was his whole world. Jordan never missed a dance recital or a lacrosse game, he was everyone’s biggest fan. Spending time with his girls and nephews were what made him happiest.

Jordan loved the Los Angeles Rams, and shooting guns, he was a true American Patriot. He spent his weekends at the DIRT track where he was the soul of the reaper racing crew.

If you remember anything about Jordan, remember the guy that would give you the shirt off his back or give you the last dollar in his pocket because he took those terms literally. Jordan truly was just a good human, with the biggest heart.

Surviving are his wife Rachel Jerome; their three daughters, Adlee, Roree, and Maevee, Adams; his father and stepmom, Dennis and Pamela Jerome, Belleville, and 2 sisters, Jenna and Katie Jerome, Adams; father and mother-in-law, Richard and Meredith Paige II, Mannsville, and brother and sister-in-law, Cameron and Alicia Hall, Mannsville; two nephews, Jaxon Buttenschon and Theo Hall; as well as a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jordan was predeceased by his mother, Korena, and grandparents, Neal and Mary Edgar, and Raymond and Beatrice Jerome, and a brother-in-law, Richard Paige III.

In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up for Jordan’s daughters at Northern Federal Credit Union.
