WATERTOWN, NY — Joshua A. Beach, 24, State Route 3, Watertown, passed away Sunday morning, April 14, 2019, at his home with his family by his side and under the direction of Hospice of Jefferson County.
Among his survivors are his parents, Timothy and Dawn Beach.
